In fact, your family is the best support system that you can ever have. They will not leave you no matter what, and they will serve as your motivation to fight against your addictions.

Remember, addictions may be a tough battle against yourself, but you can win this battle with the help of your family and friends. You have to be ready and willing to accept help. Quite often singles who relapse have been attempting to recover on their own.

Keep in mind, addictions may be a tough battle against yourself, but you can be successful with this battle with the help of your family and friends.

Single and Addicted to Porn

Addictions are very hard to overcome, especially when you have gotten used to it as being part of your life. This goes the same for porn addiction, which is unhealthy not just for singles but for couples as well. However, it is doubly hard for singles because they don’t have an “outlet” for all their sexual energies.
What is the solution then? Try refocusing your sexual energies. When you feel the urge to go to that porn website or look into a porn magazine, why not try doing something else, like taking a stroll down your neighbourhood or walking your dog. This may be easier said than done, but the key here is your mindset, your determination to overpower your urges.. Divert your attention to other things, and be firm with it.
